Users struggle with fragmented content, relying on multiple unstructured platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Reddit) for fitness guidance. Additionally, lack of trust and brand credibility leads to hesitation in purchasing fitness plans and resources due to uncertainty about their effectiveness.
User Surveys – Conducted surveys with Canadian fitness enthusiasts (22+) to understand their motivations, pain points, and purchasing behaviors when seeking wellness resources online.
Card Sorting – Used card sorting exercises to improve site navigation and content discovery, ensuring that users could easily find relevant fitness resources.
Competitor Research – Analyzed key players (TerryBerry, BodyBuilding) to identify navigation issues, content gaps, and trust barriers, uncovering opportunities for Titan Wellness to differentiate.
Usability Testing – Conducted usability tests to validate design decisions, ensuring clear navigation, intuitive content structure, and an engaging user experience that builds trust and encourages conversions.
